The General Assembly of Members is the highest decision-making body of the AACC. It shall consist of all members who have paid their contributions in full. The honorary members of the Chamber are entitled to attend the sessions of General Assembly of Members, without voting rights but with the right to speak.The ordinary General Assembly of Members is to be convened once per year following a call by the President of the AACC.
The next 21st Meeting of the General Assembly of the AACC, along with the 22nd Meeting of the Board of Directors of the AACC shall take place to a date, still to be set, at the beginning of the year 2012.
The past 20th General Assembly, together with the 21st Meeting of the AACC Board of Directors took place on December 9, 2010, together with the 4th Arab-Austrian Economic Forum & Exhibition and Gala Dinner.

- The 4th Arab-Austrian Economic Forum & Exhibition
- The 20th General Assembly and 21st Meeting of the AACC Board of Directors
- The Gala Dinner on the Occasion of the Merger between the Austro-Egyptian Chamber of Commerce with the Austro-Arab Chamber of Commerce.
